This notice covers the Poseidon launch notification list. It does not cover worker or site accounts, which will have separate information before public launch.
What we collect and why
We store your email, company name and company size, plus any contact name, role, phone number and site count you choose to provide. We record when you consented and add the enquiry to our potential-customer database. With your consent, we notify you about launch and follow up about your company’s interest in Poseidon. Signing up does not create a portal account or give you access to the private test.
Where it goes
Your details are stored with our hosting service provider and may be processed by our email service provider to send the launch notice. We do not sell the launch list. Access is restricted to authorised Poseidon administrators.
Your choice
You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing help@poseidonhq.co.uk. Contact us at the same address for questions about who manages this list. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
How long we keep it
We keep the list until the launch notification has been sent, then delete it within 90 days unless you separately choose to receive further updates. If you withdraw consent earlier, we remove your signup.
